Terms & conditions

The house is available for weeks running from Saturday to Saturday. The rent excludes use of telephone and central heating. These are charged for separately according to use. The pool is normally open from mid-May to the end of September but can be extended if required.

The use of the house is entirely at the visitor’s risk
We, the owners of Vasciano 9, accept no liability whatsoever for any losses or damage caused to guests’ property, or for any personal injury or illness incurred in or on the premises during the period of the rental.

We strongly advise visitors to take out Comprehensive Personal Travel Insurance that will provide a suitable degree of personal/public liability protection and Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

The house is in a deeply rural setting and there can be occasional disruption of services. These are generally sorted within a few hours and usually cause only minor inconvenience.

How to book

When you check availability and tariff we will email a booking form to you. If you wish to make a booking please print and send us by normal mail/post a completed booking form and 50% of the total rental. The balance, including a refundable breakage/damage/cleaning deposit of UK£100 / US$200 should be paid in full six weeks prior to the start of the rental. When the final payment has been made we will send you details of how to find the house, of optional extra services and where to collect the keys.

The refundable deposit will be returned in full after your stay provided the house and contents are undamaged, the house has been left in a reasonable state, any extra costs have been paid in full and the keys have been returned.
